This is the second season for Woodbooger Hollow’s Private Reserve. This is a small batch honey from a single hive, with a divine flavor profile. A wild forage blend of sourwood, mimosa tree, verbena, corn tassel, and clover. Only 12 bottles were made, and each is numbered individually. Pair with your favorite bourbon or use as a substitute for simple syrup in a cocktail. This product caters to my niche clientele of both bourbon and honey aficionados, and also makes a great gift.
